SUPER VILLAGE SURVEY 2000 is a monthly show by Hasan Hujairi. The show juxtaposes selected music from non-urban musical traditions and avant-garde, technologically-driven music in an attempt to reclaim the centrality of music discourse from urban cultural hubs and the global north. This exploration of futurism and tradition as not being in binary contradiction yields a very surprising listening experience.
